Silicon Performance Validation Engineer - Hardware Rework Engineer

Responsibility:

● Performing rework (micro-soldering, component reinstallation, wiring, EMI
shielding) on mobile phones and tablets.
● Disassembling/reassembling devices.
● Conducting basic functional tests (power, display, Wi-Fi, camera,
brownout checks) and identifying failure points.
● Returning devices in functional condition and ensuring proper reassembly.
● Providing reworked logic boards with specific component installations and
wiring.
● Assisting in debugging failures.
● Documenting identified pads or challenges.
● Utilizing common electronics tools and adhering to ESD practices.
● All reworks to be completed within agreed timelines.
