Summary

Coordinates new visitor experiences and business opportunities for Singapore Flyer, liaising with stakeholders and project partners.

Overall Job Purpose

Support and coordinate the development and implementation of new facilities, offerings and visitor experience for Singapore Flyer.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders in the conceptualization, planning and implementation of new visitor products, services and experiences.
  • Assist in day-to-day management and implementation of projects as well as communications with business & project partners including consultants, contractors and government agencies;
  • Source and identify as well as conduct project feasibility studies for Group’s potential business opportunities;
  • Assist in coordinating projects and activities including scheduling and completion of work assignments;
  • Maintain project documentation and provide administrative support for presentations, reports, meetings and communications;
  • Facilitating clear communication between departments, management and project partners;
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree in Communications, Business, Project Management, Tourism or a related discipline
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Project Management or Tourism
  • In-depth knowledge of the current trends, new media solutions & retail business in the tourism sector is advantageous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to operate within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and administration skills
  • Able to work independently and make judgment calls whenever required with the ability to multi-task
  • Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is preferred, due to the business need to communicate with stakeholders (such as employees working in our Chinese restaurant) who can only speak Chinese.
