We are looking for a driven, commercially astute Sales Manager to grow our warehousing, logistics, and supply chain solutions business in Singapore.

Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Job Purpose

As part of the APAC Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer relationships, and driving profitable revenue across Inchcape's warehousing and logistics services. You will work closely with customers to understand their operational needs and deliver solutions that create value while maximising warehouse utilisation and commercial performance.

What you’ll do:

• Drive sales growth across warehousing, storage, transportation, and integrated logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least 2x annual sales targets.
• Conduct a minimum of 40 customer meetings per month and maintain regular customer engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell Inchcape's wider service offering.
• Develop commercial proposals, tenders, and customer presentations.
• Negotiate sustainable commercial terms and contracts.
• Collaborate with Operations to align customer solutions with warehouse capacity and capabilities.
• Manage customer profitability, pricing reviews, and commercial performanceMaintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
• Support invoice collection and resolution of commercial or billing disputes.

Who you are:

• You are an energetic sales professional with a passion for building customer relationships and delivering business growth.
• You'll bring:
• Strong experience in maritime, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services.
• Deep understanding of the Singapore market and customer landscape.
• Proven success in business development, account management, and pipeline generation.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in complex, multicultural environments.
