Job Summary

You will lead and perform in stage shows at a KTV Lounge & Nightclub, managing artist recruitment, scheduling, training, and safety to deliver engaging entertainment experiences during late working hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform consistently on stage using singing, dancing, and hosting skills to engage diverse audiences effectively
• Recruit performing artists and singers to support varied event lineups and maintain entertainment quality
• Schedule and select artists for specific performances to ensure seamless event execution
• Train and mentor new stage crew members to improve their performance skills and professionalism
• Coordinate and participate in all training sessions and rehearsals to uphold high performance standards
• Source and manage accessories and props required for stage performances to enhance show quality
• Maintain and enforce presentable appearance standards for all stage crew during performances
• Monitor and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of stage crew during shows
• Submit detailed monthly performance reports of stage crew to the Stage Manager for evaluation and improvement
• Apply choreography and stage management techniques to optimize show flow and audience engagement
• Use customer service and entertainment skills to elevate guest satisfaction and experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth production operations
• Perform a wide selection of Mandarin pop songs and other local dialect songs using vocal skills to enrich the entertainment repertoire

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to sing in local dialects is an added advantage

• Working hours: Late shifts from 5.00pm to 3.00am
