We are seeking a Logistics Operational Excellence Manager to lead the Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) domain of the Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) across more than 20 North American Parts Distribution Centers.

This position is responsible for developing, standardizing, deploying, and sustaining logistics operating standards and continuous improvement methodologies. The role will lead network-wide initiatives involving process optimization, material flow, warehouse engineering, inventory management, transportation, data analytics, automation, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong Lean leadership, analytical and computer skills, and the ability to lead change and develop organizational capability across a multi-site operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of SIS Logistics & Customer Service standards across North American Parts Distribution Centers.
  • Develop and standardize processes related to warehouse operations, material flow, inventory management, transportation, storage, slotting, space utilization, and customer service.
  • Lead process optimization, warehouse layout, material flow, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Apply Lean and SIS methodologies, including PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, flow analysis, visual management, benchmarking, Read-Across, and structured problem solving.
  • Use data analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting to identify losses, monitor KPIs, prioritize opportunities, and validate improvements.
  • Support new PDC launches, warehouse redesigns, network optimization, digital transformation, and automation projects.
  • Conduct SIS LCS assessments, identify performance gaps, establish corrective action plans, and verify sustainable implementation.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Inventory Planning, Engineering, Quality, Safety, Workplace Organization, People Development, and Continuous Improvement teams.
  • Coach and train PDC leaders, supervisors, SIS personnel, and frontline teams on logistics standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Lead benchmarking and best-practice sharing across the PDC network.
  • Ensure improvement projects deliver measurable and sustainable results in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, customer service, and cost.
