Job Summary:
We are looking for a QC Site Supervisor to support site quality inspections, prepare inspection reports, and coordinate with contractors to ensure HVAC installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine site inspections for HVAC installations.
- Prepare and submit site inspection reports with observations and recommendations.
- Verify installation quality as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors to rectify quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and quality documentation.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, and site documentation.
- Report site progress and quality concerns to the QC Manager.
- Troubleshooting of A/c equipment
- Commissioning assistance
- Technical support
- Warranty claim assistance
- Spares assistance.
- Commissioning of mega condensing and fresh air units.
- Extending technical support to the customers for installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of A/c equipment
- Technical evaluation of products and components of A/c to issue the new one under warranty.
- Providing compatibility spares and technical support to the sales executive for selling the A/c equipment spare parts.
- Identifying and reporting technical faults of shipments for factory reimbursement.
