Scope of Position: Serve as the Functional Leader of the CareerSource Centers in a defined geographic area, managing daily operations. Provide vision and direction to the staff. Ensure successful integration of services from all funding streams to better serve customers and businesses. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Act as a liaison to partners. Ensure contract goals are met on a daily basis.
Essential Functions:
Assist the One-Stop Operator in providing overall coordination of partners’ efforts and communication with CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) staff in defined geographic area
Coordinate and participate in meetings with the One-Stop Operator and prepare partner reports as required
Work with the One-Stop Operator to develop marketing plans and materials
Ensure accurate data collection and recording
Build relationships with human services and educational organizations
Maintain relationships with and convene quarterly meetings with MOU partners
Organize and execute events designed to engage community partners with one another, WDB staff and our constituencies
Assist with management of partner portal ensuring timely response to referrals by internal and external service providers, managing staff account access and running reports
Assist in defining roles and responsibilities of partners required for the MOU
Manage staff and budgets
Ensure all required reports and supporting documentation are distributed
Manage the logistics required for partners to host employer events and meetings through the CSTB Facilities Coordinator
Support partner events off-site, ensuring CSTB representation as appropriate
Ensure the CareerSource Center complies with all federal, state, WIOA and CSTB policies and procedures
Monitor and review all evaluation metrics
Present performance reports and provide corrective action solutions to the CSTB Board of Directors
Maintain compliance with all federal/state accessibility requirements and related policies

Education and Experience Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of WIOA regulations and state policies
Experience in managing people and building and maintaining coalitions and partnerships
Experience in career counseling and business outreach
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, education or human resources, or related experience in business, management, professional training, adult education or sales
Ability to converse with a large range of professionals and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
