Site Architect

Oversee architectural construction in Riyadh, ensuring projects meet specifications, quality standards, and schedules while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced Site Architect to join the PMCM team on a project in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on site, ensuring construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The role requires close coordination with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Supervise and inspect architectural construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Review contractor submissions, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and mock-ups.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of architectural finishes and workmanship.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports, snag lists, and close-out reports.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure disciplines.
- Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical queries from contractors.
- Identify construction issues and provide technical solutions in coordination with the design and PMCM teams.
- Monitor progress and ensure architectural works are completed in line with project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural site supervision, inspection, or construction administration.
- Previous experience on large-scale mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, public realm, or mega projects.
- Prior experience working within a PMCM/Consultancy environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, architectural materials, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
