Site Building Operations Engineer - Maintenance & Safety Lead

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Milano is seeking a Building Operations Engineer for our Integrated Facility Management team on the Amazon account. You will create and follow maintenance regimes, respond to tickets, manage site stock, coordinate suppliers, monitor utilities, and support health and safety programs.

This role requires a technical diploma or degree, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience in maintenance and team leadership.

This job involves Creation and adherence of planned maintenance regime for Client assets. Follow up on maintenance planned by Landlord. Attendance to unplanned maintenance activity. Response and activity relating to Trouble Ticket requests – responding within SLAs. Management of Building Operations stock including bulbs, filters, and power supplies. Coordination with local suppliers for maintenance and repairs. Tracking of utility usage and proposing energy-saving ideas. Oversee safety and regulatory liaison and site inspections. Desk moves/adds/changes and small project budgeting for site improvements. Lead and deputize for Facilities Manager when appropriate. Education: Diploma/degree level in technical discipline (architect or engineer). Knowledge of statutory and regulatory maintenance requirements for client assets.
