• Clean and maintain the surrounding premises, compound, internal fencing and outdoor areas.
• Sweep and clean car parks, tanker parking areas and the diesel pump area.
• Sweep and mop the main entrance lobby and staircases, and clean glass panels.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish and maintain cleanliness at designated waste collection points.
• Clean male and female toilets, including sanitary fittings, cubicles, mirrors, walls and floors, and replenish company-provided consumables where applicable.
• Cut and trim grass, remove weeds and collect dried leaves from landscaped areas.
• Clean drains and remove debris to prevent blockages, using appropriate equipment where required.
• Assist with scheduled tanker washing and cleaning in accordance with workplace safety procedures.
• Clean rooftop areas and remove debris from rainwater outlets to prevent obstruction.
• Sweep designated warehouse areas and remove rubbish from work areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and comply with applicable workplace safety requirements.
• Carry out other related cleaning and general maintenance duties as assigned by management.
