Site Coordinator
- Coordinate and supervise daily site activities and workers.
- Arrange and monitor work schedules for maintenance and repair works and follow up on outstanding site issues
- Monitor plumbing, filtration, pump, and dosing system works on site.
- Assist in troubleshooting pump, filtration, and piping system problems.
- Ensure all works are completed according to company standards and client requirements.
- Liaise with clients, management offices (MA), contractors, and suppliers regarding site matters.
- Provide good customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify site issues and recommend repair, replacement, or upgrading solutions to customers.
- Support sales activities by following up with customers for maintenance contracts and repair opportunities.
- Monitor stock, tools, equipment, and materials required on site.
- Inspect site conditions and report any defects, damages, or safety issues.
- Attend site inspections, meetings, and handovers when required.
- Report site issues, customer complaints, accidents, or delays to management promptly.
- Coordinate emergency or urgent repair works when necessary.
- Follow up on customer complaints and arrange rectification works.
- Ensure customer sign-off and proper documentation after work completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
- English and Chinese language proficiency preferred to communicate with English and Chinese speaking customers and workers.
- Experience in plumbing, filtration systems, dosing systems, and swimming pool maintenance.
- Basic understanding of pumps, filters, piping systems, and water treatment operations.
- Able to coordinate workers and manage multiple sites.
- Good communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple sites.
- Able to travel and attend different sites across Singapore.
- Able to handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable solutions.
- Familiar with mobile reporting systems, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Excel.
- Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred.
