Site Coordinator cum Drafter

- Basic Fixed Monthly Salary: $3200 to $4200
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand & able to draft 2D shop drawings (both AutoCAD dwg and hand sketch).
- Familiar to various carpentry fitment components, like cabinets, doors and wall paneling.
- Taking actual site measurement with elaborative hand sketch.
- Attend meeting on site with main contractor/designer/architect.
- Able to lead lower skilled worker to complete given production task.
- Raw material stock taking and ordering.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min. 5 years' experience in related field.
- Candidates with problem solving skill are preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player.
- Preferably to be able to start work immediate or short notice.
- Able to Work on Weekend & Public holiday, if required.
- Able to attend meeting including meetings hold at construction/ renovation site.
