Project Coordinator (Site & System Testing) |GOVT | 12-Months Contract
Summary
Supervise on-site infrastructure installations and coordinate system testing across government project sites in Singapore, relying on Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Site Works
- Supervise site installations, deployments, equipment structures, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure required resources, materials, and equipment are available for site activities.
- Review work schedules, method statements, and site readiness prior to commencement of works.
- Coordinate with contractors, project teams, government agencies, utility providers, and other stakeholders.
- Support contractors in obtaining necessary permits, clearances, and approvals.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and project requirements.
- Oversee site reinstatement works and ensure proper handover upon completion.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions where required.
System Testing
- Coordinate and support system testing activities across various project sites.
- Assist contractors in securing necessary approvals and clearances before testing.
- Monitor testing schedules and ensure resources are available as planned.
- Review and track submission of test data, reports, and results.
- Participate in testing review meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Support site handover and project completion activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, system testing, installation, maintenance, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, government agencies, utilities, and project stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willing to travel daily to project sites across Singapore.
- Able to perform night works (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) when required by project schedules.
- Possession of a Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
