Job Description
- Oversee and managing various sites and location with our Organization .
- Supervise and Coordinate daily activities ensuring projects are completed on time
- Assign job task to Supervisor to workers and conduct frequent inspections on work quality and safety .
- Oversee maintenance and address customer concerns and inquiry .
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinates the allocation efficient use of manpower .
- Conduct briefing and training for new man on site .
- Provide feedbacks to management on area of improvement .
- Able to lead , motivate team in a positive work environment .
- Ability to handle unforeseen challenges and find effective solutions .
