We are hiring a remote Site Development & Facilities Project Manager to support our Growth & Integration team.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Location: Remote
Compensation: $110k-$125k

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for the delivery of site development across the network, including DeNovo site builds, site expansions, relocations, and real estate management.
  • Own end-to-end facilities management for the site network, including vendor identification, site standards, preventive maintenance oversight, and equipment/infrastructure lifecycle planning and support to the sites.
  • Develop and maintain site development and facilities standards, project tracking tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across the program.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for real estate, construction, and associated facilities vendors; ensure vendor adherence to legal, safety, and operational compliance requirements.
  • Provide direction and advice to site operations on real estate projects (new sites, site expansions, relocations) and on facilities matters affecting day-to-day operations.
  • Leverage real estate, construction, and facilities experience and business acumen to identify strategic alternatives and approaches to site development and facilities projects.
  • Establish and maintain project and facilities budgets and forecasts, and manage vendor spend in collaboration with Finance.
  • Provide follow-up with site operations after project delivery and after facilities service events to confirm satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Proactively partner with cross-functional counterparts (Operations, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations) and external vendors to address issues and concerns before they escalate.
  • Act as the escalation point for both site development projects and facilities-related issues across the network.
  • Coordinate emergency and business-continuity facilities response (e.g., HVAC failures, safety incidents, utility outages) in partnership with site operations leadership.
  • Frequently communicate program status — for both site development and facilities — to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Identify, surface, and help resolve roadblocks and barriers encountered during project execution or facilities service delivery.
  • Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written, and in appearance) when interacting with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

  • Work is performed in a remote office setting, with regular travel to network sites.
  • Travel may be required up to 50%.
  • Daily computer use.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work, including response to facilities emergencies outside normal business hours.
  • Ability to properly lift thirty-five pounds, and occasionally more than thirty-five pounds.
  • Ability to drive and daily availability of an automobile.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years of real estate management, site development, and facilities management experience across a multi-site network. Healthcare related experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Exceptional knowledge of site development, facilities management, and real estate project management.
  • Effective leadership skills and a proven ability to foster productivity and cohesiveness across cross-functional, matrixed teams in changing environments.
  • Advanced project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent site development and facilities projects.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven team-building skills and the ability to lead partnerships across projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and align with site operations on both project and facilities priorities.
  • Working knowledge of facilities systems and vendor management (HVAC, life safety, general maintenance, security) sufficient to direct vendors and troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Office 365 products and project-tracking/facilities-management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and impact analysis abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
  • Flexible and able to multitask and prioritize competing demands across a national site network.
  • Ability to think independently and influence appropriately at all levels of the organization.
