Core Responsibilities

• Daily Site Management: Oversee day-to-day facility and operational workflows to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth execution.
• Staff Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate site managers and staff, driving team performance and morale.
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage and monitor site budgets, control operational costs, and report financial performance to senior leadership.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the site strictly adheres to all health, safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulations.
• Strategic Planning: Translate broader organizational goals into actionable site-level initiatives and performance metrics.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and community partners.
• Problem-Solving & Escalation: Resolve high-level operational bottlenecks, labor conflicts, or facility emergencies
