我們正在為 Alstom Taiwan 台北捷運環狀線第二期專案（Taipei Circular Line Phase 2 Project） 招募 工地電工暨環安衛專員（Site Electrician & EHS Officer）。

此職位是確保專案現場所有電氣規劃與作業能夠符合相關法規、功能需求及合約要求，並以安全方式執行的重要角色。您將直接向 專案環安衛經理（Project EHS Manager） 匯報。

工作職責
1. 支援工地環安衛經理（Site EHS Manager）執行環安衛相關工作與內部各相關單位合作，以達成環安衛（EHS）目標。
協助工地環安衛經理檢視 EHS 風險評估（Risk Assessment），並制定適當的風險控制措施。
協助工地環安衛經理規劃、執行及維護緊急應變計畫。
依據自主檢查計畫，協助進行電氣設備及器具之例行檢查。
推廣最佳實務及優良績效，並針對違反法規與 Alstom 標準的行為採取適當措施。
制定及審查專案相關電氣作業的標準作業程序（SOP）、施工方法書（Method Statement）及風險評估（Risk Assessment）。

2. 建立電氣設備之工地環安衛管理系統
協助工地環安衛經理確保 Alstom 環安衛標準與工具於現場落實執行，包括：
Alstom Zero Deviation Plan（AZDP）
Transport Operational Performance in Environment（TOPE）
運輸事業關鍵流程（Transport Key Processes）
建立並審查電氣設備檢查相關安全規範。

3. 環安衛法規遵循（EHS Compliance）
協助工地環安衛經理確保工地作業符合 EHS 計畫、作業指引及工作程序要求。
執行環安衛法規符合性檢查，確認特殊法令規範之遵循。
與工程師、承包商及其他專業人員合作，共同完成專案工作。

4. 建立工地環安衛文化
依據施工方法書要求，向員工宣導、指導及訓練安全且環境友善的工作方式。
參與工地環安衛訓練計畫執行，包括新進人員安全教育訓練（EHS Induction）及工具箱會議（Toolbox Meeting）的推動與管理。
依據通報制度提出現場偏差事項（Deviation）及觀察事項（Observation），以促進持續改善。

5. 報告、量測與檢討
協助工地環安衛經理蒐集、通報、紀錄、調查及分析事故／事件，並推動矯正與預防措施。
協助編製每月環安衛報告。
在工地環安衛經理督導下，負責環安衛系統資料輸入與集團規範所要求之報告作業。
執行工作區域巡檢及環安衛稽核，並回報任何不符合事項。
執行相關電氣設備之維護與修復工作。

Working Location: Xindian District, New Taipei City

We are looking for Site Electrician & EHS Officer to join our Taipei Metro, Taipei Circular Line Phase 2 Project in Alstom Taiwan.

The Site Electrician & EHS Officer is a vital supporter to ensure all electrical plan and activities in good and safe arrangement following regulation, functional and contractual requirement. In this role, you will report to Project EHS Manager.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Support Site EHS manager for EHS topics

• Cooperate with the internal resources to achieve EHS objectives.
• Support the Site EHS Manager to review the EHS Risk Assessment and to define appropriate measures to control risks.
• Support the EHS Site Manager to prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans.
• Assist Site EHS Manager to conduct the routine inspection for the electrical devices/ equipment as per self-inspection plan.
• Recognize the best practices and the good performance. React to violations to regulations and Alstom Standards.
• Develop and review the SOP, Method Statement and Risk Assessment of all the relevant electrical activities within the project.

2. Develop Site EHS Management System for electric devices/ equipment

• Support the Site EHS Manager to ensure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP), Transport Operational Performance in Environment (TOPE), Transport Key processes) are deployed at Site level.
• Develop and review the safety provisions of electronic devices/ equipment inspection.

3. EHS Compliance
Assist the Site EHS Manager to ensure compliance of the site activities according to the EHS Plan, guidelines and work instructions.
Perform EHS legal compliance checks for specific requirements.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to complete projects.

4. Develop EHS culture in the site

• Inform, instruct and train employees to carry out the work in safe & environment-friendly mode according to the method of statement.
• Participate in the implementation of the site EHS training programs by providing EHS inductions and ensuring Toolbox meetings are organized.
• Following the reporting system to raise up the deviation/ observation from the jobsite for improvement.

5. Report, Measure & Review

• Support the EHS Site Manager to capture, report, record, investigate and analyse accidents/incidents in order to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the preparation of monthly EHS reports. Can be in charge of feeding EHS reporting system in line with Group reporting requirements and under control by Site EHS manager.
• Carry out inspections of work areas and carry out EHS audits and report any discrepancy.
