Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project milestones are met. - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize workflow and resources. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. - Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. - Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, schedules, and documentation. - Identify and resolve site-related issues and challenges promptly. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to support project planning and execution. - Implement quality control measures to guarantee the durability and reliability of construction work.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations in the UAE. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail. - Proficient in project management software and MS Office. - Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
