Oversee civil and structural construction work on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with engineering designs and regulations.
Job Description
- Prepare and submit Method Statement Risk Assessment (MSRA) before work commencement to ensure compliance and safety
- Collaborate with the SO team to resolve inspection issues and achieve timely clearance
- Lead site supervisors to clear site inspections by verifying work safety, quality, and adherence to drawings
- Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve issues, ensuring work aligns with approved MSRA, design specifications, and project schedules
- Verify that all temporary works comply with Professional Engineer (PE) design requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil and structural reinforced concrete or building works to ensure effective site supervision
- Proficiency in English for clear communication in writing and speaking
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports and presentations
