Site Engineer- Construction

Engineer will be responsible for the effective execution of construction works
on site, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with
approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role
involves close coordination with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to
ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining best engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily
site activities to ensure quality, specifications, and best practices are met.
· Coordinate
subcontractors and site teams to ensure proper sequencing and smooth execution
of works.
· Identify and
resolve technical issues, providing timely engineering solutions.
· Liaise with
Survey, QA/QC, HSE, and MEP teams to ensure effective coordination.
· Monitor site
progress, prepare reports, and support inspections and approvals.
· Ensure full
compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
· Perform other
duties as required to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications
& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil
Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site
engineering role within a construction environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret
engineering and architectural drawings.
- Good understanding of construction
methods, materials, and site coordination.
- Familiarity with international
construction standards and best practices.
