Job Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with on and off-site meetings pertaining to technical issues.
• Responsible for submission of architectural samples, shop drawings, and other related documents to the consultants or authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site including periodic site inspections and attending meetings during the course of the project.
• Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.
• Development of Procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawing, and specifications.
• Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity to be achieved.
• Verify technical specifications for adequacy.
• Identify and record any product quality problems and implement solutions for any issues faced.

Job Requirements:

-Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office/Projects, Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit

-Excellent at reading and understanding construction plan and drawings

-Experience with private or public residential projects would be advantageous

-At least 3-4 years of working experience in a related field
