Job Description:
- Supervises project site from beginning to end and manages parts of construction materials and construction machinery.
- Assist in the monitoring of land development work from the construction phase up to the turnover of units.
- Conduct daily site inspections
- Prepares cost estimates and ensures appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Warranty inspections
- Accomplishment of Engineers Inspection Report
Job Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- 5+ years of working experience (Construction, preferably housing or horizontal)
