Site Engineer
Summary
Oversees construction projects by reviewing blueprints, contracts, and specifications, ensuring compliance with project goals, coordinating with contractors, and managing site inspections, schedules, and safety protocols.
*To study tender / construction
drawings, specifications and contracts
to understand project requirements,
with other trades such as architectural
& M&E works with BQ Tender and
AutoCAD Knowledge.
*Ensure compliance with objectives
and tender documents. • Ensure the
reliability of outside contractors. •
Meet objectives (cost, quality,
deadlines).
*To ensure all documents are
submitted with proper transmittal and
all documents are properly recorded
and filed by the Document Controller.
*Perform site inspection and ensure
that the work are carried out based
on the project specification and
construction drawing / final approved
drawing from authorities
*Liaise with consultants, client &
main/sub-contractors and
coordinate for site activities
arrangement and work progress
supervision
*Planning for workers schedule, control
the cost, implementation and
developing for Safety, Health and
environmental for the projects.
*Willing to work Construction project
may be Long Hrs.
