Site Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
Summary
Site Engineer assists in coordinating construction projects, reviewing technical documents, and ensuring site work meets specifications and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating technical matters for both on-site and off-site meetings
- Prepare, review, and submit architectural samples, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents to consultants and relevant authorities
- Coordinate and monitor site work progress, including conducting regular inspections and attending project meetings
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedule
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, Resident Engineers (RE), and Resident Technical Officers (RTO)
- Support overall project execution and contribute to timely project delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and site coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work a 5.5-day work week
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
