Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project team members.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets the required standards.
  • Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, records, and progress updates.
  • Review construction drawings and provide technical support to the site team.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
  • Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
  • Ensure all works comply with Singapore safety requirements and project regulations.
  • Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry is preferred.
  • Experience working as a Site Engineer or in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different parties.
  • Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Familiar with Singapore construction safety requirements.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: SGD $4000 – $5000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Overtime/Allowances: As per MOM guidelines.
