SITE ENGINEER
Locations : Peliyagoda/Avissawella/Kaluthara
Duties
- Ensure projects’ day to day progress and review with relevant parties against the time line goals.
- Identify and prepare necessary resources such as man-power, machinery, raw materials, etc. to manage Project expenses are below/within the allocated budgets.
- Manage the cost analysis aspect for construction projects by planning and rescheduling according to budget and physical plan of activities
- Liaise with Architects, Subcontractors and Suppliers involved in the projects.
- Managing resources on the site to optimize the consumption and to achieve technical /timeline goals.
- Assist and resolve any technical queries arising at site.
Qualifications
- BSc/NDT/NDES or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 year of work experience (Steel Experience is an added advantage).
- A minimum of 2 passes at GCE A/L and 6 passes at GCE O/L with "C" pass for English and Maths
- Ability to work based at any site location and willingness to travel.
- Literacy in MS Projects is an added advantage.
