Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out / Architectural)

We are currently hiring for a technically strong and assertive Site Engineer, for our client, a growing design consultancy in Dubai. The role will manage day-to-day site operations for residential and villa projects

The ideal candidate will have an architectural or fitout background and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Review drawings and specifications, and ensure execution aligns with design intent.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with project teams for quick resolution.
• Monitor contractor performance, materials, and workmanship.
• Ensure safety standards, site discipline, and project documentation are maintained.

Requirements:

• 6-7 years of UAE experience, preferably in villas or residential architectural works.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong technical understanding of site execution and finishing.
• Proactive and assertive personality, capable of decision-making on-site.
• Excellent coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
