Job Summary

The Site Engineer oversees day-to-day construction activities, coordinates with contractors and consultants, ensures quality standards, and monitors project progress while complying with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.

Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Monitor project schedules and report progress to management.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.

Measure work quantities and verify contractor bills.

Maintain site documentation, reports, and records.

Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in construction/site engineering (or as required).

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office is an advantage.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
