Job Summary
Manage construction site operations by coordinating with sub-contractors, resolving site issues, and ensuring projects meet client quality standards while adapting to scope changes and engaging stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site operations by liaising with sub-contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
- Manage project scope changes proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns
- Identify and resolve site issues collaboratively with other trades to maintain project progress
- Ensure project deliverables comply with client quality standards through regular monitoring and quality checks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate project coordination and issue resolution
- Participate actively in regular consultant meetings to align project objectives and updates
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board (PEB) or Building Construction Authority (BCA)
- Minimum 5 years of local working experience in construction project management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient computer literacy to support project documentation and communication
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities proactively
