Site Engineer (MEP) / QS Engineer – Post-Tender / Sr. QS Engineer – Tendering / QA/QC Painting Inspector / Accountant

1. Site Engineer (MEP)

Qualification: BE/ BTECH in Electrical or Mechanical
Experience : Minimum 3 – 5 yrs of experience in Construction projects

2. QS Engineer – Post-Tender

Qualification:
 Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
 Certification in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage.
Experience:
 5–8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for civil construction projects.
 Minimum 2–3 years of post-tender commercial management experience.
 Experience in building, infrastructure, industrial, or MEP-related civil projects is
preferred.
 Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience.

3. Sr. QS Engineer – Tendering

Qualification:
 Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
 Certification in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage.
Experience : 10 to 15 Years- Minimum 8 Years GCC Experience (Oman Experience is Prefer)

4. QA/QC Painting Inspector

Qualification:
 BE./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
 Valid NACE Coating Inspector Level 1 or Level 2 certification or BGAS-CSWIP
Painting Inspector certification.
Experience : 10 years in QA/QC Painting/Coating inspection.

5. Accountant

 ACCA/CA Inter/M.Com graduate or equivalent qualification.
 5–8 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
 Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Cash Flow
Management.
 Good understanding of general accounting procedures and financial reporting.
