Oversee construction projects in Singapore, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and structural standards while coordinating with contractors and agencies.
- Job Description
- Provide supervision and inspection to ensure that the Contractor(s) comply with Authority's and agencies' requirements
- Supervise all works, permanent & temporary, including Civil and architectural works
- Coordinate with contractor(s) and relevant agencies/site partners for the work
- Supervise fabrication of steel structural elements both on site & off site
- Review & supervise safety, environmental and health matters
- Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation
- Verify & check quantity of work done for progress payment
- Provide other services required
Requirements
- Site/work safety certifications would be an advantage
- Contractor site work experience would be an advantage
- Min 5 years of experience in COSTRUCTION.
