Site Engineer

I. Planning and Execution:
Project Planning and Coordination
● Plan and coordinate all on-site construction Activities, including Daily work scheduling, resource allocation, and manpower management.
● Collaborate with Project Engineer and Project Managers to develop and adjust project daily work plans and schedules as necessary.
● Attend Regular Site meetings to establish project timelines and Work Safety with Quality.
● Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day construction activities.
Supervision and Compliance
● Supervise and overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with work specifications, Quality Standards and safety regulations.
● Foster a culture of safety and compliance among all on-site personnel, promoting best practices and adherence to industry standards.
Technical Guidance and Support
● Educate the technical details and support to construction crew members and identifying the technical issues Discuss & Resolve with the Project Engineer and Project Manager Guidance’s.
● Daily Work Activities inspections to monitor work progress, identifying onsite potential risks, and report corrective measures to Project Engineer and Project Manager
● Addressing to Superior for Onsite Work challenges, Updating the Design & Data’s Requirement Along with the daily Work plan. (Mandatory to Record the Issues at Site Observation Book)
● Provide a Work Plan & Resource Requirements by Daily Basis to Project Engineer and Project Manager.
● Manage and maintain site equipment’s and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

II. Documentation:
● Daily Work Progress Report: Includes details of the work plan & Productivity Data’s each day, workforce utilization, if any issues encountered and quality of construction work.
● Site Note: Records of daily activities, weather conditions, personnel on-site and decisions.
● Resource Allocation Plan: Documentation of resources allocated for various tasks, including labor, materials, and equipment.
● Technical Specifications: Detailed specifications of Material, Work Activities, Workmanship, and Processes to be Executed.
● Design Drawings: Maintain Approved 2D and 3D drawing Files at Site, Also Maintain Drawing Register, including any revisions during the project Progress.
● Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Reports: Following the Quality Checklists at Site, Getting Approval & Documentation of QA/QC procedures.
● HSE Reports: Records of Safety Indications, Safety inspections, Safety meetings, and any Incidents or near-misses.
● Safety Permits: To taken the Permits for specific tasks that require special safety measures (e.g., hot work permits).
● Material Inventory: Maintain the Record of materials received on-site, including quantities and condition.
● Equipment Register: Maintain the Documentation of usage and maintenance of site equipment and machinery.
● Labor Attendance Register: Maintain the Record of daily attendance and working hours of on-site personnel.
III. Professional Development:
● Contributing to the professional development of self and other team members in the department.
● Attending Skill Development Training and other ongoing learning programs.
● Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in Civil Engineering and CAD processes.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL: DESIRABLE:
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5 Years minimum in Plot Development, Apartment and Individual Villa Development, Building construction ME in Civil Engineering
