Site Engineer, Motor Maintenance Supervisor, Quality Engineer/ Supervisor, ElectroMechanic, Motor Overhauling Fitter

REQUIERMENTS FOR THE SABIYA POWER PLANT AND DISTILLATION STATIONS IN KUWAIT

For all below designations candidates having previous experience in MEW, Kuwait Power plants will be an added advantage.

Site Engineer- B. Tech / BE in Electrical with Minimum of 15 years in Electrical Equipment maintenance experience gained on modern power plants with a minimum unit size of 120MW or similar installation such as oil sector with same maintenance scope of works. Ten years must have been in supervisory positions within a minimum of 5 years as a site engineer in Power Plants. He must hold senior rank and authority within the organization.

Motor Maintenance Supervisor- B. Tech / BE in Electrical/ Diploma in EEE with Minimum of 10 years in Electrical Equipment maintenance experience gained on modern power plants with a minimum unit size of 120 MW or similar installation such as oil sector with same maintenance scope of
works. within a minimum of 5 years as a maintenance engineer in Power Plants. Have the ability to work as lead engineer to guide all technicians. he shall be able to take independent decisions and arrange technical reports and document maintenance works

Quality Engineer / Supervisor- B. Tech / BE in in Electrical with Minimum of 10 years power plant experience or similar installation such as oil sector with same maintenance scope of works. 5 years must have been in supervisory positions in power plants and a minimum of 3 years with responsibility for quality assurance and maintenance record systems. He should be Certified training and expert practitioner standard in ISO9002 and QA/QC. He shall be of management rank within the company and have sufficient personal quality and strength of character to fulfill the role effectively.

ElectroMechanic- Electrical or Mechanical Diploma / ITI with Minimum of 11 years experience in maintenance of electrical equipment in a Power Station. He shall be able to read and understand electrical diagrams and shall be able to trouble shoot control circuits independently, fully literate in English. Expertise in Overhauling of Motors ( Dismantling, Replacement of bearings , reassembly) Testing of Motors ( High Tension and Low Tension) , Lighting works etc.

Motor overhauling Fitter- Electrical or Mechanical Diploma / ITI with 10 Years experience in maintenance of Electrcial equipment in a Power station. He shall be capable of doing Motor overhauling jobs independently , Electrical conduit works etc.
