Job Description & Requirements
- Working closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals
- Investigating the properties of materials like glass, steel, and concrete, and advising which is the most suitable
- Working out the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure
- Inspecting unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition
- Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements
- Giving progress reports to clients and senior managers.
- Requirments:
- Diploma/bachlor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of HDB/residence experiences as Project Engineer/Site Engineer in construction industry of Singapore.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft, AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
