Site Engineer/QS
Summary
Prepares cost estimates, shop drawings, and submissions for construction projects using AutoCAD/BIM, conducts site inspections, and coordinates with contractors and authorities.
- Prepare costing for new project
- Prepare shop/As built drawing for submission to authorities/main con using Autocad/BIM software
- Prepare documents for the submission of drawings to relevant authorities
- Going out to sites for checking and inspection
- Familiar with Autocad software/Microsoft Office
- Familiar with CP code for Fire Protection eg. CP52, CP10 etc
- Able to plan work schedules, meeting with main con
- Need to attend site co-ordination
- Any other related work assigned by the Company
- NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical or related field
- With 2-3 years of working experience in Singapore preferred
- Able to work and communicate with people from many other countries
- Salary will be according to experience
