Site Engineer
Summary
Oversee on-site construction operations, coordinate with teams and contractors, and ensure projects meet technical specs, budgets, and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and sub-contractors to align on scheduling, project plans, and daily operational milestones.
- Assist in managing day-to-day site operations, tracking progress against project deadlines, and ensuring work aligns with technical specifications.
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining project timelines, controlling budgets, and delivering quality work.
- Analyze site ground conditions, soil reports, and test data (e.g., Cone Penetration Testing) to assess technical risks and implement effective risk-mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and operational guidelines across active field locations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Structured training will be provided for those without experience.
Willingness to work on outdoor field sites under varying weather conditions.
Adaptable to site access requirements and site-entry health/safety regulations as needed.
Schedule: 5.5-day work week
