The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, a sophisticated personality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and senior management. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor site progress, quality standards, and construction timelines. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants. Ensure proper execution of civil works, including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing. Maintain daily site progress reports, material records, and labour attendance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction quality requirements. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues promptly. Coordinate with senior management and provide regular progress updates. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials to minimize delays and wastage. Mandatory Requirements 35 years of relevant experience in real estate construction is mandatory. Candidates from non-real-estate backgrounds will not be considered. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi are mandatory. Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and site execution. Professional appearance, polished communication, and a sophisticated personality. Strong coordination, problem-solving, leadership, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities. Salary & Benefits Salary: 40,00045,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
