Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on site in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with engineering standards and regulations. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site to ensure project milestones are met. - Inspect and monitor construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to resolve onsite issues and improve processes. - Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports, drawings, and safety records. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at the construction site. - Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring availability as per schedule. - Conduct surveys and provide technical advice regarding design or construction problems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC region. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. - Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate teams. - Proficient in construction software and MS Office applications. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
