  • Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to review shop drawings, samples, and method statements, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of any updates or changes.
  • Participate in project and technical meetings, addressing site issues with owners and consultants to maintain smooth project progress.
  • Verify on-site work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements, and ensure subcontractors promptly rectify any non-compliance.
  • Resolve site challenges with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers swiftly to minimize construction delays.
  • Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and prepared for ISO audits.
  • Work closely with the safety department, adhering to all safety frameworks and guidelines.
  • Support the site management team in project planning and coordination.
  • Develop and manage work schedules to optimize construction operations.
  • Prepare and organize documents for submissions to authorities, including CONQUAS, RI, and TOP.
  • Analyze tender and construction documents, specifications, and contracts to fully understand project requirements.
  • Identify and manage critical project factors, including scheduling and productivity metrics.
  • Foster teamwork and actively contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional work environment.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate independence, initiative, and strong motivation in completing assigned tasks.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to new or junior team members.
  • Possess at least five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
