Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Report to Construction Manager / Project Manager.

• Assist in the supervision and coordination of Sub-contractors' works to ensure activities are carried out safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor and manage key trade works including Bored Pile, ERSS (Sheet Pile, D-Wall), Ground Improvement, and RC works carried out by Sub-contractors.

• Assist in checking Sub-contractors' method statements, quality control procedures, and safety compliance on site.

• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress documentation.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, and Survey teams to support smooth execution of works.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or higher).

• No prior working experience required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Basic understanding of civil construction methods.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn on the job.

• Candidates with relevant internship experience in civil/construction projects will have an added advantage.
