Job Description: -
 Supervise and coordinate all tank rehabilitation like Roof tanks, floating roof tanks,
cryogenic tanks etc, maintenance, and repair activities at site, ensuring compliance with
approved procedures, specifications, and project requirements.
 Monitor tank repair works including shell plate, bottom plate, roof repairs, nozzle repairs,
structural steel repairs, and associated piping works.
 Review, study, and interpret engineering drawings, tank drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and
project specifications to ensure proper execution of site activities.

 Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to achieve
project targets safely and efficiently.
 Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with
quality standards, approved drawings, and project schedules.
 Coordinate with client representatives, inspectors, QA/QC personnel, and construction
teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
 Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable industry standards,
project specifications, Permit to Work (PTW) requirements, and company HSE procedures.
 Identify construction challenges, provide practical solutions, and ensure timely completion
of rehabilitation activities without compromising safety or quality.
 Support project management in tracking progress, monitoring productivity, verifying
completed work, and ensuring successful project execution within schedule and budget
requirements.
 Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, preparing
reports, and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
 Having experience in EPTW system.

Job Description: -
 A minimum of 10 years Oil & Gas / Onshore construction industry & tank rehabilitation
experience like conical roof tanks, floating roof tanks, cryogenic tanks etc is required of
which 5 years must have been at a supervisory level.
 Supervise and control all tank rehabilitation, maintenance, and repair activities at site,

Technical Knowledge- Strong knowledge of lifting operations, crane handling, rigging

Work Experience- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction,
maintenance including at least five 05 years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor or
Senior Rigging Foreman in onshore industrial projects, with proven expertise in supervising
heavy lifting, rigging, material handling, and crane operations within operating facilities.

Job Description: -

 Shall be responsible for the control, inspection, and maintenance of all rigging equipment
stored in the rigging loft and scaffold racks, ensuring all items are certified, in test, and
properly recorded in the register.
 Shall be able to prepare, review, and implement lifting plans, risk assessments, and
method statements in accordance with project requirements and QatarEnergy lifting
standards.
 Shall ensure strict compliance with QatarEnergy Standard for Lifting Equipment and
Operations, project specifications, and applicable lifting safety regulations.
 Shall supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities, including loading/unloading
operations using cranes, vessels, or other approved lifting equipment.
 Shall ensure all lifting operations are executed in accordance with approved lifting plans,
Permit to Work (PTW), and safety procedures, ensuring full hazard control at site.
 Shall direct rigging crews during lifting operations and ensure proper execution of crane
signals as per BS 7121 Part 1, while coordinating with crane operators and HSE personnel.

 Manage excavation, backfilling, compaction, formwork, rebar fixing, and concrete pouring
activities.
 Oversee tank foundation repairs, bund wall repairs, drainage works, and trench
reinstatement.
 Monitor roadwork activities such as sub-base preparation, kerb stone installation, and
asphalt laying.
 Handle concrete cladding repair, crack repair, patching works, and protective coating
applications.
 Ensure correct and compliant fireproofing repair execution, including surface preparation
and thickness verification.
 Coordinate with Engineer for inspections, approvals, and daily permits.
 Having Experience in E PTW Permit System and Able to Pass E PTW.
 Prepare daily reports, manpower allocation plans, and ensure adherence to approved
drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.

Salary Range – QAR 1500 to 1800 Basic + OT (QAR 200 will increase, if PTW exam
passed)
