Site Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered

• Oversee technical discrepancies of the project and liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues.

• Liaise with RE / RTO to carry out inspections

• Record work done in terms of project management and engineering aspects

• Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management

• To lead a team of supervisors, safety personnel and skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement

• Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry

• Strong leadership to monitor Sub-contractors and Foremen for the works executed

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• Strong Knowledge in site safety and able to point out and solve the red flag daily basis

• Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
