Spartronics is experiencing significant growth in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) sector, and we're looking for an experienced Site General Manager to lead our expanding operations in Newton, NH.
We're moving into a brand-new, 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, with the capacity to expand by an additional 30,000 square feet as our business continues to grow.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven leader to play a pivotal role in the growth and evolution of our Aerospace & Defense operations. You'll have the opportunity to drive business growth, expand manufacturing capabilities, build high-performing teams, and shape the future of our expanding facility.
What You'll Do
- Lead Site Operations: Oversee Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Program Management.
- Drive Business Growth: Own the site's P&L, deliver profitable growth, and execute strategies that strengthen operational performance, customer relationships, and long-term business success.
- Build for the Future: Lead the successful transition into our new manufacturing facility while scaling operations, strengthening capabilities, and positioning the site for continued expansion.
- Strengthen Customer Partnerships: Build relationships with Aerospace & Defense customers while delivering exceptional quality, service, and on-time performance.
- Champion Operational Excellence: Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and applicable quality standards.
- Develop Great Teams: Build, mentor, and empower strong leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement.
