Site/Lab Services Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling operations across the facility.
• Develop and implement warehouse and materials management strategies that support operational, maintenance, and production requirements.
• Establish organizational goals, performance standards, and operational objectives for warehouse and materials management personnel.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipment of materials, equipment, packages, drums, gas cylinders, and critical assets.
• Direct warehouse staffing, resource allocation, and workflow planning to maximize operational efficiency and customer service.
• Direct lab support services including gas cylinder management, chemical drum management, and onsite Environmental contractor interface.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure material availability while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
• Coordinate material requirements with operations, maintenance, procurement, engineering, and project teams.
