Site Logistics Operations Specialist

Meta is seeking an experienced Site Logistics Operations Specialist to independently own and drive Data Centre Field and Warehouse operations strategy and execution. This role operates with high autonomy, partnering with Site Logistics Operational Leads to define, standardise, and scale logistics processes across the broader EMEA data centre portfolio. This role requires navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, and delivering org-wide impact through operational excellence, systems thinking, and continuous improvement. IC5 at Meta means you are a recognised subject matter expert who independently drives outcomes at org-level scope.
