Position Summary
Accord Federal Services is seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Manager to support a proposed Facilities Operations and Maintenance contract with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) in Columbus, Ohio. The Site Maintenance Manager will serve as the on-site leader responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and repair activities performed by contractor and subcontractor personnel. This position provides leadership for multi-trade maintenance teams supporting HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), electrical, plumbing, and commercial kitchen equipment systems across a large federal installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all contractor and subcontractor personnel performing maintenance and repair services.
- Assign daily work priorities and manage workforce scheduling to meet contract requirements.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed on time and properly documented.
- Coordinate activities among HVAC, BAS controls, plumbing, electrical, and specialty trade personnel.
- Maintain compliance with installation access, security, and badging requirements.
- Ensure maintenance records, inspections, and reports are completed accurately and submitted on schedule.
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly contract performance reports.
- Promote and enforce OSHA safety standards and site-specific safety procedures.
- Ensure proper use of permits, including hot work permits and other required authorizations.
- Maintain compliance with environmental regulations, refrigerant management requirements, and recordkeeping standards.
- Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions as necessary.
