About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Site Manager to lead our on-site construction operations. In this middle-management role,you will collaborate closely with the Project Management team to direct our in-house construction workforce, ensuring all projects are executed seamlessly on schedule while upholding the highest standards of quality, constructability, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Leadership: Plan, organize, and manage the in-house construction team to deliver work efficiently on schedule, meeting stringent quality and safety metrics.
- Resource & Budget Optimization: Monitor and control the effective utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower on-site, strictly managing manpower budgets.
- Methodology & Innovation: Devise and propose innovative construction methodologies that enhance overall constructability, quality control, and site safety.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to site engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative environment and conduct on-the-job training.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with project management and other stakeholders to guarantee seamless project delivery and alignment with project goals.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of robust construction implementation experience managing direct workforces.
- Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in piping and equipment installation, coupled with strong expertise in Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of Process Utilities. Experience with other utility systems is a distinct advantage.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and professional business communication.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional project control, resource management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
