4. Strictly enforce Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and Hong Kong safety regulations (e.g., Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance); maintain a zero-incident safety culture on site.
5. Track critical paths, identify potential delay risks early, implement mitigation plans, and manage site instructions/change requests impacting budget or timeline.
6. Serve as the primary on-site focal point to liaise effectively between Project Managers, Engineers, Client Representatives, and HK statutory bodies/utilities (e.g., FSD, CLP).
Qualifications:
1.Diploma/Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
2. 5+ years of on-site construction management experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Data Center construction, mission-critical facilities, or high-tech industrial projects.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential for managing local site workers and international management).
5. Strong problem-solving abilities, high stress tolerance, and outstanding hands-on leadership skills in a dynamic site environment.
