Adecco is partnering with a Global Automation Machinery Leader
The Job:
- Lead Civil Works and M&E Projects
Manage and oversee civil and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. - Supervise Daily Site Activities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and all project milestones are achieved effectively. - Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring all site personnel adhere to established health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, minimizing workplace risks and incidents. - Plan and Prepare Site Requirements
Facilitate the timely submission of permits, approvals, and other regulatory requirements, while preparing site reports, technical documentation, drawings, and project-related records. - Coordinate with Project Stakeholders
Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and effective resolution of site-related issues.
The Talent
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 years site and project management experience in construction industry
- Dealing with government project is an advantage
