Site Manager - Data Centre

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring roofing, cladding and façade works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme.

Coordinate site labour, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, plant and equipment to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines.

Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements and quality standards, including inspections and Inspection and Test Plans.

Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements, promoting a strong Health & Safety culture and ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.

Monitor site progress, labour, materials and plant usage against project programmes and budgets, reporting delays, variations and potential issues to the Project Manager.

Work closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveying team, clients, main contractors and design teams to resolve issues and maintain effective coordination.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, meeting minutes and photographic evidence.

Build strong working relationships with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring high standards of workmanship, communication and professionalism.
